Breece Hall Fantasy Fantasy Football Four Factors

Coming into his rookie campaign, Breece Hall had some really strong draft capital (early 2nd). He followed this up with one of the most electric first 7 games of a career I remember. Unfortunately, he got injured really early on. This caused his pedigree score to crumble away from where it would have been. Had Breece Hall finished the season at the same level he was performing at, his pedigree score would likely have been a 9 or 9.5.

But he did get hurt. And sometimes injuries change a player. It is impossible to tell before we see them again. This injury history causes Breece to get a 1/10 consistency score simply because he wasn’t on the field hardly at all. When he was on the field though, his performance was consistently good.

The 10/10 trend score for Breece is easily earned. In his first two weeks, he only had a handful of carries. Then week 3 he saw 11 targets. From then on, his carries were in the high teens or twenties and he had receiving work. Moreover, he capitalized on this work leading to some really great fantasy performances.

Breece Hall is currently being drafted around RB15, but his consensus score indicates that he should probably be going much sooner. The expert consensus ranking puts Breece closer to the end of RB1 range (maybe 10?) than the early-mid RB2 range. I’m curious to see if his ADP creeps up.

Breece Hall Stats Analysis

Breece Hall’s sample size from last year was very small. He played only 7 games, 6 and a quarter really, before he got injured. But what we did see of him was horrifyingly good. If I could give him an 11/10 trend score, I would. Even in the game he got injured, he only got FOUR touches but still had enough to be an overall good fantasy game.

The Jets are going to look very different this year. But I think for Breece Hall, this is a good thing. Rodgers’ running backs have always done well.
