For Diggs owners last year, the 5.5/10 trend score might look wrong. For four weeks in a row towards the end of last season, Stefon Diggs posted absolute duds. This was painfully burned into the minds of those who relied on him for fantasy playoff purposes.
However, trend scores look at 2 years of data. So, though Diggs did have a disappointing end to the 2022 season, he also made a big step forward from 2021 to 2022. His overall 2022 performance was better which indicates an overall positive trend. This, combined with the trail off towards the end of last season make for a middle-of-the-pack 5.5/10 trend score. Don’t get too scared about Diggs end of season performance last year!
In the other two main categories, Diggs posts a 9.5/10 consensus score and a 9/10 pedigree score. These numbers translate to “Diggs has been elite in the past and is expected to be elite yet again this year”. And why not? For a guy that has done it many times before and remains in a good situation, the points will come.
Finally, Diggs has been fairly consistent. Again, I encourage owners to not read too much into the stretch of 4 bad games to end the season last year. Overall, his consistency and reliability have been near the top of the league.

Stefon Diggs is yet again poised to be the WR1 on a very good Buffalo offense. Some folks might try to scare you off by having to play a hard defensive schedule or saying that the other weapons on the offense will lead to a “too many mouths to feed” problem.
At the end of the day, Diggs is a beast. His consensus and pedigree scores support that. Just pray that your leaguemates over react to his performance at the end of last season.
